Wayne Sasso M. Ed

Wayne Sasso is a Mental Performance Coach with Degrees in Sport Psychology and Counseling with a Sport Psychology focus. He works with business professionals, nonprofits, athletic organizations and the military’s tactical community. In his role Wayne shares his experience and knowledge to identify mental barriers and unlock the true potential of his clients.

His Work

Wayne works with individuals that encounter high-pressure situations on a regular basis. Their performance impacts the success of their team and their own personal gratification. This kind of pressure can be a lot to handle, and even seasoned players can struggle to overcome these mental demands.

Through a curriculum that focuses on the individuals awareness and development of mental skills, Wayne helps clients to improve Confidence, Composure and Concentration. He has developed strategies for practical application that can improve individual performance and increase team productivity.

Mental Skills Training

A comprehensive Performance psychology service program, including both options for individual and team services. These services seek to holistically support performers, competitors, executives and athletes throughout their life experiences, while also enhancing their success. INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS   

1-on-1,  50 minute sessions with a performance psychology professional. The format and content of these appointments are largely based on the client’s presenting concerns and/or goals.
