Whole Body EMS enhances power and athletic performance through improved muscular endurance. EMS increases metabolism and improves heart rate variability (HRV) with a targeted workout routine. The benefit is that it does not require additional central nervous system input from a trainee that may already be tired and not have the energy to perform at a high level during the rest of their workout. It also places less stress on joints and soft tissue than traditional strength or resistance training. 20 minutes 2x per week layered on top of an existing routine will yield measurable results!

WB EMS training should be at most 3x per week, not including a weekly active recovery session.
